2. Purpose

The purpose of this Terms of Reference (ToR) is to define the roles, responsibilities, and operational scope of Yurico Enterprises and its subsidiaries to ensure strategic alignment, effective governance, and sustainable impact across its business domains.

- Community wealth infrastructure development.

- Environmental sustainability and agro-ecological initiatives.

- Facilitation of community-led projects and partnerships.

- Advocacy for indigenous land rights and cultural preservation.

Namico Business Solutions

- Business incubation and advisory services.

- Digital systems integration (ERP, CRM, etc.).

- Capacity building and training for SMEs and cooperatives.

- Market research and feasibility studies.

- Development of business models and strategic plans.

Arin's Import Zone

- Importation of goods and trade facilitation.

- Retail and wholesale distribution networks.

- Customs brokerage and logistics coordination.
